Back to the pain-cave.

Today my legs hurt (in a good way).  For this week, the Wednesday night Sufferfest lasted 2hrs 20mins and I can feel it.  Malta done, back to my normal diet and feeling good.  This mornings legs felt good even after training but still not up to speed.

I've had various meetings over the last couple of days and things are progressing with some exciting developments in the pipeline - all will be relieved in due course.
