Some you win, some you lose.

Wednesday night training didn't go to plan.


After feeling good and up for a fast 100km ride and powering out, I heard a crunchy sound that didn't sound good.  A quick check and it looks like the freehub is coming loose.  Can you see in my heart rate data where my effort dropped and I limped home??


No matter how up for it you feel, some nights things just don't go right.
