Wow, that was good.

Last session on the turbo doing 8x 5mins on, 1 min off.  Tonight didn't have the lull of Monday, I felt more up for it and gave it may all.  A puddle of pain on the floor and stinging legs, I'll hurt in the morning but that's the 8 HIIT sessions done!  I'm going to miss them next week.

Full right up at the weekend but of a quick, rough analysis - 260W average for the 8 reps.  Next the recovery rides and VO2 max testing and biopsy next week.
