On the menu this winter/early spring:

Monday - 70km/2.5hrs of commutes or 90 mins of intervals, drills and Z3/4 holds using Zwift/Sufferfest/Spotify

Tuesday - 5hrs.  Current focus on Zone 2

Wednesday - 30 mins lunch recovery riding

Thursday - 90 mins of intervals like Monday, drills and Z/34 holds or 90 to 120 mins road time with intervals on point to point

Friday- 90 mins of intervals like Monday, drill and Z/34 holds or 90 to 120 mins road time with intervals on point to point

Saturday - possible casual Park Run, family stuff, recovery time.

Sunday - 2hrs(ish) bouldering 

On some days when I have meetings and suppliers, commutes to the office flip days, or finish the interval session and then drive down.
