Sugar rush!



Since the end of September, I've lost around 5.5kg of me.   I'm still just about holding onto the diet and roughly matching the sub-calorie rules and fasted riding to work.   With Christmas season looming, the amount of food pressure around explodes (as it does every year).

The observation I'm having at the moment - my God glucose sensitivity has gone through the roof!

Kicking out most of the simple sugar (high GI) foods and sticking to the bulgar wheat, sensible foods and so on, when I do have high sugar content foods, I can feel it!
